Tobacco Products

All tobacco product returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Approved returns will qualify for a direct exchange or store credit only.

All Other Products

For damaged items, returns, or exchanges, please include the following details in your email to info@tdmcigars.com:

• Your name

• Your order number or invoice number

• The item you wish to return

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused and in their original condition with all original packing materials, accessories, and manuals included.

• Used merchandise is non-returnable.

• Returns must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
